1. Purchase your meat from our online store.
2. Prepare your meal and send the following to us via email to competitions@hencilmeat.co.za

• A copy of your purchase slip
• A photo of the dish
• How many people it will serve
• Preperation time
• Cooking time
• When will you serve it, ie. Supper, Lunch, Braai, Special day, etc.
• A little bit about the recipe, why is it special, how did you get the recipe, any interesting or fun facts about it.
• Full ingredient list
• Complete steps and cooking instructions
• IMPORTENT: If you got the recipe from another source, you need to give us the original source, to prevent any legal infrindgements.

1. We will send the entries to one of the Parys restaurants
2. They will evaluate the entries and give us their top choices
3. We will draw a winner from the top choices every month
4. Your recipe will be added to our list of recipes on the website.
5. We may also publish your recipe, even if you did not win.

We will surprise you with one of the following:

1. Hamper or
2. Voucher or
3. ………
